Technological stage of siding Contact Insulation of housing building

Construction and technological study focuses on the contact insulation cladding brick of apartment building. Thermal insulation will be done completely on whole construction, including substructure and plinth. It also includes renovation of balconies and loggias, where will be done a re-formation. The work desribes the process of individual phases of insulation, principles of organization of construction, time scheduling, suggestion of machine composition, quality requirements, safety and health at work and itemized budgets.

The thesis deals with a design of a new construction of a polyfunctional urban house. It concerns a corner plot near the busy Opuštená avenue. The building is supposed to supplement the intended housing estate. Designed to be suitable for domestic, administrative and commercial use while maintaining an effective budget, the property is to provide the residents as well as the location with a high-quality space.

Design of reinforced concrete slabs

The aim of this thesis is to design selected vertical and horizontal structures of a multi-storey office building. The skeleton frame consists of a perimeter masonry system, a pair of reinforced concrete columns and a pair of girders on the first floor. There is only supporting perimeter masonry and an outer column on the second floor. The designs of a column, a girder, a staircase, a plinth and a reinforced concrete ceiling slab on the lowest floor were chosen for this thesis. On the second floor, it was the design of a prestressed reinforced concrete beam ceiling.
